Illustrations for a pets column in Australian House & garden magazine from April 2015. I’m such a cat person but I can’t tell you how much I fell in love with the English Staffordshire Bull Terrier after viewing a gazillion videos and photos as research for the illo below.
Both Staffie and Birman were painted on 310 gsm Magnani cotton paper then helped along in Photoshop. The softness and texture of the Magnani was so lovely–and unexpected. I really must experiment more with a larger range of papers.
